At Amaara, we are committed to creating high-quality press-on nails designed for long-lasting wear, comfort, and everyday ease. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons, used nail sets cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@amaaranails.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Costs & Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection & Approval:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds. Eligible returns for discounted items may instead qualify for store credit.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or shape, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, store credit may be issued to place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation:
Our team begins processing orders quickly after purchase. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
